Bungoma County (Decentralised Units) Administration Act 2015

An Act of the County Assembly of Bungoma to provide for the structure of the Bungoma County decentralised units of administration and the delineation. and establishment of the village units to give effect to Part VI of the County Governments Act, 2012 and paragraph 14 of Part II of the Fourth Schedule to the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and for connected purposes.
