Over 2,500 Youths in Lamu county to benefit from Kazi Mtaani Programme

Over 2,500 youths in Lamu county will benefit in the second phase of Kazi Mtaani programme, as the government rolls out the Sh10 billion programme across the Country to cushion the youth from economic effects of COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking in Mokowe, Lamu during the launch of the Kazi Mtaani initiative, Foreign Affairs Principal Secretary Ambassador Macharia Kamau urged participants to take advantage of the Programme to gain self employment and skills particularly in tourism sector which Lamu prides in.
