The County Government of Kilifi is committed to ensuring Wananchi, especially those in Mashinani, have good roads linking their villages to major towns for ease of transport and to stimulate investment and socio-economic development.

The new tarmac stretch in Mambrui will be critical in opening up the area and Magarini Ward at large and help harness the potential in the tourism and mining sectors. It will ease transportation of goods, services and personnel, and attract more investors to the neighborhood.

We will soon start work on the second phase of the project, to ensure the tarmac extends all the way to the Malindi – Lamu highway at Mjanaheri Posta. This fits in with our broader plan to lay down a countywide robust road network, open up Mambrui Posta and transform livelihoods in Magarini Ward.

Officially opened the first phase of Angels to Posta-Posta road in Mambrui town, Magarini ward.
