Kenya’s Bid for UN Security Council Seat

Kenya will on the 7^th November 2019 in New York, USA launch its candidature for the Non-Permanent United Nations Security Council (UNSC) seat for the period 2021/22. This will be the second launch since the successful launch in Addis Ababa Ethiopia on the 26^th of August 2019.

The Kenya delegation to New York will be led by Dr Amb Monica Juma, Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary, and the Campaign Special Envoy Amb Tom Amolo. Those invited for the auspicious launch include World Champions, World Record Holders and Marathoners, renowned artists, UN Permanent Representatives and Ambassadors.
