Jubilee Party Expels Six Senators

The National Management Committee (NMC) of the Jubilee Party met today and deliberated on reports submitted by the Party Disciplinary Committee with respect to Senators who have appeared before them this year and last year on disciplinary violations as per article 13 of the Party Constitution. The NMC in exorcising its mandate as provided for under Article 7 (2A) of the Party constitution and relying on other enabling provisions of the Party constitution has expelled the following nominated Senators from the Jubilee Party:
- Sen. Mwaura Isaac- Nominated
- Sen. Mary Yiane – Nominatod
- Sen. Waqo Naomi Jilo – Nominated
- Sen. Omanga Millicent – Nominated
- Sen. Prengel Victor – Nominated
- Sen. !man Falhada Dekow – Nominated
The expulsions are with Immediate effect and have been communicated to the Senate and the Registrar of Political Parties. The affected Senators are at liberty to exercise their right of appeal.
