Balala First CS to Visit Kora National Park

I visited Kora National Park, a hidden gem in Tana River County. The park has a wide variety of animal species, and its graced by the Tana River. It was initially gazetted as a nature reserve in 1973 and later gazetted as a national park in 1989.

Kora National Park has huge potential as an enhanced Eastern Conservation Area with abundance of wildlife and new touristic experiences. My visit makes it the first of any Wildlife Minister, since its gazettement.
