Kenyatta Receives Holy Quran as Gift from UAE

Mzee Jomo Kenyatta receives a copy of the Holy Quran, which was a gift from the government of the United Arab Republic (union of Egypt and Syria) on 20th April 1971. In the picture are Vice President Daniel arap Moi, Local Government Minister Dr Julius Gikonyo Kiano and Mombasa Mayor Msanifu Kombo who presented the gift to the President.
