Nairobi City County Deputy Governor and Acting Governor holds first meeting with Members of Nairobi County Executive Committee

Nairobi City County Government (NCCG) Deputy Governor and Acting Governor, H.E Ann Kananu Mwenda today held her first meeting with Members of Nairobi County Executive Committee (CEC) representing various sectors, Acting County Secretary and County Attorney.

During the meeting, HE received a status update on the performance of all the County Sectors, 2020/2021 Financial Year-Ft) Budget performance and the ongoing programs to be implemented through the 2021/2022 FY budget estimates.

“Our list of challenges are many, politics notwithstanding. But my number one priority is to ensure we start a journey towards making Nairobi a better city for all of us by building working partnerships and relationships with our partners who include; the National government, Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) and Kenya Revenue Authority(KRA) and other stakeholders.” — Acting Gov.
